Saboteur

You're a cloak to my abilities
A sneaky, Saboteur
Distorting my realities
Of this I can be sure
I feel happy,You shout frown!
This can't be done, You're such a clown!
I am smart
I am witty
You scream
Don't be so smart!
You'd better not
Don't show your wit
You little twit!
Intelligence
Don't let them see it
They'll feel threatened, even though I'm well-intentioned
You say I don't deserve to be loved
That my feelings don't count
I don't believe it
I can't conceive it
You say live in the past, this happiness can't last
My sensitivity is an asset, I wont mask it.
My talent and ability
I'll use to praise my God above
So fly away, Saboteur!
I, for one, have had enough!
