Saeculum

Suffuse of night, caliginous,
pervades my dormancy
And calls to my recess of self~
partake her regency.

Hushed sips of placid darkness
so calming to my soul,
Her ebony pellucidness
sentience of self bestows.

What power of this queenly realm
in inky blackness dwells,
To guide the children of the light
in truths they've not beheld:

Remembrances and agelessness,
demilunes of things to come,
Eons I've passed in fearlessness
and eternalness is my home.
