Sailor’s Delight

The winds were raging
Blowing open every door at its hinges
The rain was coming
He could smell it
The temperature was warm
The strong breeze whipped his long beard around his face
"There's a storm a'brewin, boys."
The sailor said calmly
And he jumped overboard
Into the great abyss of shattering tides
"Storm a'brewin, indeed."
Whispers the lonely pirate
And grabs the wheel
"Indeed."
