Sanctuary

She took me where the darkness resides,
deep within the cosmos.
Dark, emptiness lingering on the shadows of my mind.
Entering your garden today, I followed.
There I saw a bloom of a thousand daises on the soil she nurtured with delightful hands.
Struggling to breathe, she did not mind for she knew she could do anything and everything.
Touch the stars with the euphoric spell of her kiss.
Graze the moon with her fingertips as her infectious laughter filled the space around us.
And while smiling, she let go.
Diving divinely into the unknown.
