Sarah and Avalon

The true key of love
Does not lie on the wings of a dove
But merely in the heart of a girl
Through twist and twirl
Through thick and thin
Who's love I must surely win

Alas, she will never notice
At but the toss of the dice
I will follow her to the grave
For her soul I cannot save
I'll barter Orobas and Abaddon, too
The very Devil I shall sue

All hope is lost; I'll never have her hand
Now isn't this predicament just grand
I've lost the great crimson jewel
And my soul, too
Why haven't I been a fool?
