Sarah Part 2

Filled with problematic error ...
Lips speaking like a distorted tenor.
Under pressure ...
The other's laugh at the inflicted tremor.

You carry the weight ...
Your heart's become overweight.
Breaking through the breastplate ...
Wishing sometimes you were not "strange".

When it burns this bad,
How do you escape?
Countless hours ...
You lay awake.

I just want to know who you are ...
Your soul is lost oh so far.
You've been left with such ugly scars ...
But reveal to me the remains of who you are!

Underneath all the damage ...
The trauma we must manage!
I fight for you, but you throw up shields ...
Afraid of everyone and what they might steal!

Covering yourself and any so called "friend" ...
You live to protect what's left!
Truth is, you;re just a wreck ...
Filled with such a hate and many regrets!

Living so on edge ...
You're scared to death of yourself and it's side effects.
You live to protect ...
what is left.
