Savior

I don't know who I truely am yet.
Until the savior I had met.
Nothing I tried was right;
even when it was with all my might.
My life was literal chaos before I got out!
I'd hide behind the couch as his cheat would scream and shout.
Then he'd chase his cheat
around the love seat.
Her screams were not of anger at him, but at herself, and of agony from the pain he caused.
Me and her both wishing life could pause
so we both could escape.
Though now with the savior by my side
I feel relaxed on life's crazy ride.
