School Bus
School Bus
Time for school as the child stands to the side
Waiting patiently for the early morning ride
As it approaches the child can see flashing lights on top
The breaks make a sound as it comes to a stop
Door opens with a swoosh and its time to enter
Find a seat, walking slowly down the center
As it pulls up to the building racing for time
Making certain not to be late for the bell to chime
In the evening it pulls up and its time to get in
Making sure each child gets home safely again
Time for school as the child stands to the side
Waiting patiently for the early morning ride
As it approaches the child can see flashing lights on top
The breaks make a sound as it comes to a stop
Door opens with a swoosh and its time to enter
Find a seat, walking slowly down the center
As it pulls up to the building racing for time
Making certain not to be late for the bell to chime
In the evening it pulls up and its time to get in
Making sure each child gets home safely again
