Sea of Dreams

Sorrows are made of liquid
Yet they weigh the surface down like stone
Left crashing against the waves
Do tears and sighs banish against the rhythm of the tides?
I have felt water beneath my feet and the air that condensates my soul.
I am dewy; I am cold
How do I let go?
for these roots, like gravity, do not allow me to-do so
