Seclusion

No vista exists with no one
The heart is palpitating
Where is the Sitar that soothes all
Where is the holy Holi

No light can be seen at sight
No man is to be seen at night
King's chariot diminished somewhere
Is the blowing wind, a companion?

Where are the flowers in full bloom?
Where are the glittering butterflies?
No lamb to be seen on the hills
No lamp is glowing at anyone's house

No lark on the bark of any tree
No bird that is happy and free
No one feels what is called blithe
Who sees what is around?

Everything has diminished
All have gone so idle with no work
What an upheaval is that?
Can you think of such a world?
