Sejour

Tarry inward relentlessly, my paradise and my prison.
Seized by your dynamism, I clung to you.
Stricken by despair, I seek freedom.
At last, no warrant to obtain my soul.
Thereon--
sustained, yet again.
In lieu of bellowing with rage,
I whisper in your ear: "Stay."
