Serial

Your unsuspecting victims
Lured in by your winning smile
Confident words, you seem so...
Trustworthy
Make them feel safe
Wanted
I wish I could peek behind the curtain
Glimpse the chalk outlines
Of every cruel lie
Shattered promise
Devastated heart
Ruined life
Caused by your recklessness
Carelessness and selfish cold calculations
I think the sight of the carnage would
Render me speechless, horrified
Because even I, who sees through you now
Could not possibly tabulate the sheer amount
Of crimes against your fellow humans
I hope someday
You stop getting away with murder
