Give me my space.
Please, just leave me be.
Im happy, alone in the shade.
Under this dying peach tree.

So much history here.
Hearts carved with a dull blade.
Puts a smile on my face.
Relaxing here, in this cool shade.

Peaceful thoughts,
Putting me to rest in the shade.
Grass tickling my toes.
Sounds from civilization starts to fade.

The best part about the tree.
Ive always loved when birds sang.
So leave me here in the shade
And let my body hang.
