You cannot see nor hear,
Yet you imitate my every move.
I cannot touch you,
Or else you will mimic my motion.
You do not speak nor listen,
But unless there is darkness,
You are bound to me forever.

You are the darkness,
Blotting out the glowing light.
Yet you do not exist
Without it.

You are the copy of me
Or anything that ever was,
Anything that ever saw light.
