Shattered

Heartbreak is like a bat thrown through a window
My heart is the shattered glass
It's impossible to put back together
I stay up all night crying into my pillow

He was a weirdo
He likes games more than people
Wears to much cologne
Yet to me he was perfecto

His attention hit me like a torpedo
Something erupted in me
I only wanted to be with him, to hold his hand
To kiss him, when he left it hit me like a deathblow

I'm too upset to talk so I'm sitting at home eating jello
I feel so hollow
He was my Romeo
Now he is just a shadow
And I'm left in sorrow
