In a world of pain, she was the cure
In a world of fake, she was pure

In a world of hate, she was love
In a world that was a cage, she was a free dove

Her mind was carefree
Her thoughts flowed like a river
She walked this land with bare feet
The path did not make her quiver

They frowned upon her smile
Her suffering was what they wanted
But they never knew, all this while
She grew stronger as they taunted

The words they spoke
They hurt, but didn’t matter
They could not watch her grow
She was a glass that would not shatter

She was a true spirit, never strut in reverse
Her confidence was no gimmick
Now she’s eternal in the universe
