She Died So Young

She Died So Young

Age 55, and she moved on.
Hard lessons she came to learn,
This woman who gave me life.
Scared, crying and alone,
She dragged us with her,
Gave us much to ponder.
My genes come from her,
But I make different choices.
Free, but not always free.
Connected to her through time forever,
As we are all one in the Mind of God.
Peace be with you, Sue.
I know you’ve earned it now.
