She Doesn’t Like You, and Never Will. When Will You Learn?

Your smile is like a solar eclipse, bright
but blinding, a once in a blue moon thing.
My heart aches when I notice you in sight,
beating faster when my phone cries a "ping."

Whatever you may bring, it always ends.
A stormy ocean formed by my loves fears,
quiet waters mean you want to stay friends.
The storm shall pass in these close, distant years.

Content with this friendship, but love will stay.
Oh! Another you love, though I just knew.
"Your girlfriend" you say, words simply for play,
if only you knew those words make me blue.

Stormy oceans, clouded skies make my eyes.
Brown golden bears will become my demise.
