Silence

Your eerie voice brings goosebumps to the skin.
With all ones strength you are pushed away,
Yet ever so slowly you creep back to us.
Your identity is unknown,
And you place annoyance in every beings mind.
You cause outrageous commotion in one's emotions,
While bringing great tension to the air we breathe.
We may not know the origin of your power,
Or how you survive war after war.
We do know your name,
And that is Silence.
