Silence in the cacophony

For long, I have trodden, a path null of light
Pitch black disdain, gloom consumed sight.
Rose tinted glasses, never have I worn.
Bright lights of liberty, never been I shown.

I fabricate my fables;
with epithets and labels,
words lapsing to engulf the doctrine.
Chimera of mine,
I let them shine
The plateau of a horrid decline.
In cacophony I seek silence.
In absurdity I seek solace.
Resolving the unresolvable.
Swords has been sheathed.
Words have been pleaded.
My screeches stay inaudible
