Silent Silke

The fog barrels in to seduce her soul.
But the mist slithered low with redemption and need.
Her silke song sings soft with a hollow longing to lie.
Linger and lie low.
Linger and swim free.
Linger with me in my azure blue sea.
Linger and lie low.
Linger and swim free.
Linger with me in my azure blue sea.
As words never spoken only silence remains to sting.
As the mist billows back taking nothing and naught.
As the cold undertow claims and pulls inherent.
Leaving her atop forlorn and falling.
Leaving her atop to dose upon green moss.
Leaving her atop to dream in abalone shine.
Leaving her atop to taste her oceans tears.
