Silver Sands
Maybe it was in the way these
Waves crashed o’er me,
Settling in tide pools about my feet.
Maybe it was when small pearls appeared,
Pulled to and fro, by the lapping water
Crystalline against the silvery sands.
Maybe it was just how she looked
When she said I love you.
Waves crashed o’er me,
Settling in tide pools about my feet.
Maybe it was when small pearls appeared,
Pulled to and fro, by the lapping water
Crystalline against the silvery sands.
Maybe it was just how she looked
When she said I love you.
