Sleepy Head

Funny little noises
Beside my sleepy head
Scary little scratches
From underneath my bed
I'm sure it's not the boogy man
For in him I don't believe
But it sure could be the sandman
With something up his sleeve
He's here to bring a nightmare
To haunt my sleeping eyes
But I've got something up my sleeve
Much to his surprise
I'll show him who rules my sleep
Who decides of what I dream
He'll be begging me to wake
He'll be the one to scream
So send me not a nightmare sir
To him I say with pride
That even when I'm fast asleep
My eyes are open wide
