Slick Rocks Ending

Slick rocks made the only path leading up to the top
Starting at the front, ending up at the end
Struggling to keep sure footing
Sorry, I can't respond to your conversation
Seriously, not trying to be rude, I need to concentrate

Rocks are still leading me on my path towards the top
Really they're telling me to go back down
Rest is what I desperately need
Recalculating, recalculating my inner GPS
Return the safe way down, making sure to take a break

Ending with steps heading happily down, not to the top
Enjoying the view on the descent
Energized by every quiet, deep, happy breath I can take
