Slowly Fading Away

Suspending your dreams in time
Living with the choices you've made
Owning up to what you've decided
Weight weighing you down
Looking for someone else to blame
Young and dumb, you've lost your way

Finding burdens abound
Always trying to go the easy way
Deciding today, you know everything
Indecision plays part in your wrong doing
No one crumbles in one day
Going against your family's values

Angry at yourself for not listening
Weight of your decisions, is dragging you down
Acting alone, you search for answers to your problems
Your young life, what could have been is slowly fading away
