Perfect, beautiful, skinny. These are just 3 words of many of what society thinks we should look like.

Long hair, nice, under 145 pounds. This is how we should look in the eyes of society.

Can cook, have a job, respect our partner. This is society’s standards. This is how we get accepted.

Whore, slut, tries to hard, puts out. These words are also from society. They say this when we try to reach their standards. Us women can't win. We either aren't enough or try to much. I bet you are wondering when it will end. The answer to that is that it won't end.

But that doesn't mean you have to be like everyone else. No matter what you will get judge. The best thing is to be yourself. The best thing is to try to not let them get to you.

You are perfect. Even if you are 200 pounds, can't cook, you're broke. Not everyone will like you.
Not everyone will want to be your friend. They don't matter. What matters is that we stick together and to be ourselves. To be unique. To be who we truly are. Not what society says we are. Society has killed a lot of people in their heads.

They ruin people’s innocence. They ruin the chance for them to find themselves. No, we can't stop them but we can be different than them. We can be beautiful in our own ways.

I wrote this for all the women who are trying to fit in. To give them hope.
