Soldier At War

They'll take a bullet for your freedom.
Years away from parents.
Months from their kids.
They'll take a bullet for your freedom.
Weeks without a shower.
Days without meal.
They'll take a bullet for your freedom.
Days in heated battle.
Hours of metal rainin down.
They'll take a bullet for your freedom.
Forced to make home out of a war.
Forced to make home in a war.
They'll take a bullet for your freedom.
While watching another disappear.
While watching a loved one disappear.
They'll take a bullet for your freedom.
Countless nights without sleep.
When they go home they'll be criticized.
They'll take a bullet for your freedom.
But.
What will you, do for them?
