Up on a hill o' way up high sat a little girl who couldn't cry,
No matter what she did or how hard she tried the poor little girl
was dead inside, But even if she did who would care when misery loves
company but no ones there, so all alone she wallowed in pity staring
at a mirror who's reflection ain't pretty, this poor little girl so
lost inside, if only some kindness was easier to find.
Out in the ocean o' so deep was once a girl who prayed for sleep,
this poor little girl so lost inside if only shed known she was feed
a lie, but even if she did who would care when misery loves company
but no ones there, yet as she sank towards the bottom there was one
who had not forgotten the poor little girl who was so dead inside
if only some kindness had got there in time.
