Sonnet 2

My bootless cries are overrated
The stench of whine settles in
I blink twice and I feel suffocated
All the mishaps mark my skin
My brain speaks for too long
And my eyes sink below
I remain right albeit it is wrong
Serenading you is all I want to know
So I shall sway away from the rain
Pick up my pride and run
Mend the pieces of my shattered brain
And rip the sky for a new sun
I breathe in the flowing bliss
Leaving behind her expired kiss
