Soul Mate

Looking for love in all the wrong places,
Fighting fate to fill those empty spaces.
Always felling the day will never come,
Like love at first sight only happens for some.
You go day by day trying to forget,
Painting on a smile when your truely upset.
Faimly and friends won't bother to ask,
Even though they know your hiding behind a mask.
Only your pillow understands all your fears,
Because every night it catches your tears.
After years of lonliness you suddenly realise,
No one could fall in love with a disguise.
Finally accepting true love only comes when your willing to wait,
You meet a stranger, and your heart tells you he's your soul mate.
