Space

The universe is vast, an unending abyss of mystery and confusion
For as far as the eye can see,
Darkness countered by the light of the stars.
Our minds cannot comprehend an end, only an estimation.

How can we gauge its border? How many planets? We may question.
Are we only limited to that of Mercury, Venus and Mars?
The universe is vast, an unending abyss of inquiry and delusion.

Boggling humans forever
There is no question in the regard of constellations.
We yearn for space exploration, not the era of trains, trucks and cars.
Our minds cannot comprehend an end, only an estimation.

With all these planets there must be life
Perhaps close to ours in relation.
We only hope this confusion ends, for humanity has come so far.
The universe is vast, an unending abyss of fallacy and speculation.

With a common goal Earth can come together as one nation.
No petty alliances, race labeling or borders that define who we are.
Our minds must comprehend an end, aside from an estimation.
And however, we may proceed
It must be under the banner of equality and compassion.
