I can't remember the countless souls
I laid with pass the midnight hour.
I danced for hours at night for the love of fame and fortune.
I was a lonely lost soul looking for fulfillment in dry places.
My night life was so thrilling, shrilling,
and yet so puzzling that I never saw it come to a halt.
At the Gentlemen's Club, I met Will who was full of wisdom.
He taught me a lot about the profession and the unfriendly streets.
Our alliance led us between the warm, sizzling sheets.
It came to a halt when I received the prophecy from God's messenger.
It haunted me so much that the destructive images flashed before me.
Besides, "Sparkle" was given to me other names like the
Finally I divorced "Sparkle,"
so I can deal with Ruth.
Through the blood of the lamb,
I was transformed into a virtuous woman.

I always wanted to create a poem or a story of a young exotic dancer who transforms her life for God. I felt the idea would be inspirational and creative. So, I brought it to life through this poem.
