Spring

By Peace

After long, dark nights, green and
gallant spring awaits,
Walking through the cold and blizzard winter gates;
Melting snow in its wake leaving spring flowers,
Dazzling in sunshine during the day hours.

Chirping birds, tender leaves of budding trees,
Singing sweetly the songs of spring breeze;
Humming bees dancing and fluttering in the wind,
Filling heart with ease and tenderness from within.

This Poems Story

This poem conveys my own feelings when the cold weather starts to become warm and pleasant as the spring approaches.
