Spring

The colorful leaves form mats near trunks and roots;
puffy clouds float past the icy mountains.
Eagles and hawks search for food among the grassy plains.

Mother Nature watches over the forest animals
as happy trees sprout new clothes and begin another new page.
A groundhog and sleepy bears search the multicolored foliage

The fishes begin their journeys upstream,
and the geysers spout steam.
The children happily play games whilst parents put away winter boots.
