Stained Glass Temple

And as the twilight hours hound
I find my brains upon the ground
Withered worn cracked and torn
I call these places nightmares scorn
Innocence has come and gone
And in its place a lonely song
Longing for times that passed
While holding fear of going back
Reliving through once again the things that bring a closer end
And What I bring to you my friend
Are Echoes from the past
Pieces broken all around
Fill me like stained glass
A multi colored murky hue
Tomorrows hope shining through
If only I could go outside
But in this temple I must hide
