Standing still as a rock
That doesn't move
In a world based on color
An if you black
You got two strikes
But yet I'm focus
As a single mother
On her offspring
Kuz the wrong upbringing
Is neckrining unbareable
Unrepaireable as a young man
No education police record
No income that's what my
Son will not become an if
So den who is to blame
But myself for not having
The will to create something more
Den another black statistic
But yet I'm standing still
