If you look at the night sky, you'll see stars.
But they're so much more than what many think they are.
Yes, they are balls of fire.
But people trust them with their desires.
They're so close, yet so far away.
They're always here, but disappear in the day.
Their beauty is something worth more than gold.
But unfortunately for the greedy, they can't truly be sold.
Stars give the night sky life,
Then disappear in the daylight.
