Stars

As the stars in the heavens shine as the morning star sun,
Their beauty I see all the time in the eyes of my Rosaline.
Her light makes even the sun look dull.
When I see my Rosaline, glad I feel
As though I have found the promised lands
When we touch hands.
I have seen many fair maidens
On the beaches of many lands,
Though I think not of that land
When I feel Rosaline's hand.
I only feel un-sad when she and I
Are in the same land, walking hand and hand.
When indecision haunts my mind,
I am at peace of mind when I think of Rosaline.
All my life I prayed to the goddess of love to give me a sign;
I believe she sent Rosaline.
