State of Mind

My thinking mind aspires
to comprehend the fire
That blazes in my head
A mouthful of dread

The people in my life
Flee away from the strife
That conspires out of lack of love and desire

Multiple confidential depressing thoughts
Brewing together in an existential pot

I shudder and the voice in my head will say
The world will turn to dust once we die and decay

It gets quiet
More than I can bare
The hair on my arms raise to the air

Another thought joins in
My hands are trembling
A metaphorical illegal break in

The disease that does not show on the skin

I cannot conceive the state of mind
that I've been living in
