Stellar Orchard/Forbidden Garden

Across the vastness of space
Lies a dotting of stars
Clustered yet neat
Such as an orchard
Burning for eternity
Blues, reds, yellows, and oranges
A mysterious garden
Bearing its fruit and flowers
Desire to see and be seen
Yet forbidden to be picked
Lest you yearn
To burn up in a beautiful blaze
Vivid hues
Igniting those that fly too close
Gone in an instant
Quick, in a brilliant flash
Floating down from the heavens
Forbidden garden, lost
Forever reaching, dreaming
To taste the fruit
Smell the flowers
An eternity of unknown
Someday again
Icarus of the stars
Will soar and reach
Seeking the orchard
Blues, reds, yellows, and oranges
Stunning light
Chromatic grove
Across the vastness of space
Burning for eternity
