How long could I wait
For the one I dreamt of
For the one I lived for
For the one I thought of
For the one I wept for....

How long could I wait
For his love to bloom
How long could I wait for all to happen that I used to assume.

How long could I wait for my fantasies to get fulfilled
Or else should I have to wait for my life to get spilled.
