Here right here upon the jagged street
I raise my hands high above my head
Palm open and fingers to the blue sky
Tears rapidly increasing as makeup spreads

The uncomfortable sensation upon my knees
I surrender to a higher power
My pain, my troubles and despair
I give my heart,  my being, my uncertainty

I am feeling withered and buried
I feel forgotten and condemned
I am weak from the prolonged fight
I need you for my life is discontent

I raise my palms with my fingers high
I surrender this sorrow and self pity
I need, I want the light of armour
I am with destitution and without sanctuary

My mouth cannot mutter even the smallest word
Please hear my prayer through the tears I weep
Stand by me and guide me through the lights above
My inner strength has become oblique

My strength is diminishing
Please wrap me in your everlasting love
For I am here upon this paved heated street
I hand over myself lord to you above.
