Such a Place

In a kingdom full of stars,
the skies are forever night.
Dark skies matched with dark eyes,
each with a similar thunder.
One covered with bursts of light,
the former, sprinkled with madness.
In such a place where beauty was birthed,
one would never guess the corruption
that lives under the spying stars.
