Sunday Morning

Nature emerges like bark on trees -
Green and thick,
Effortless and timeless.

The birds form a circle
Of ubiquitous delightfulness,
Effortless and timeless.

Sunning under the roof,
Skin turns red like spiraled veins,
Effortless and timeless.

I stare at the melted minds.
We hang from melted branches,
Effortless and timeless.
