Surrender

You pour white wine thoughts onto my brain
sprinkle sugar onto my skull crown
You are a man of deceit
all the lies you once told
putting me high upon a throne
to only leave me in the dust
You pour white wine thoughts onto my brain
every sip was you
Letting you in
Poisoning me soflty
So dismissive
every drop, i soon felt corroding my body
like a dead rose
I fell, abruptly from a dream
slipping away but never forgotten
You meditate on lies
Man of repetiton
Whose lips
turned those into stone carved from lies
Whose hands gave dead roses
from tainted soil
verbal...so abusive
physical...so subtle
And I...now gone
Soon I shall awake
in the mist of the darkenss I no longer fear.
Let me rest in the hands of what hell is mistaken to be.
I surrender.
