Sweet Summer Night

The smell of gardenia wafts through the air
It's a warm summer night and we haven't a care
The moon is so big and, oh, so bright
It lights our faces like a neon light
Two fools dancing barefoot in the grass
Enoying a moment we know can't last
Tomorrow we'll wake up to a mundane day
But the memories we've shared won't go away
You and I must have been quite a sight
When we fell in love on that sweet summer night
