Sworn to Sin

The vestal night enveloped our dawn,
as guilt-rent tears and vows were drawn
into a cover-less world of vicarious sin.
She clawed at the gates of eternal forlorn,
And drew her last breath"for the onset of morn."
Pleading for the return of her lecherous thorn.
Faithless prayers from a hymn unsung.
Seven serpents forked her lying tongue.
Gazing to the pitch-lined, starless façade,
She prayed for forgiveness to her desolate God-
as she wept in remembrance of what she had done.
Deceitful her words, as shrill as the grave,
fate-ravaged contempt left her depraved.
Eyes stained with sorrow, dripping remorse,
as delusions overran her with unstoppable force.
Skin going numb and eyes turning black,
regret stained her vision through sulfuric cataracts.
Barbarous her heart, that demented abyss,
marked forever by Lucifer's kiss.
Condemned for etern to luxuria's bliss-
To sensual vices, baptized and reborn,
Fore'er in agony, to sin she has sworn.
