Take Your Time

Perhaps that woman was right all along,
No one really took the time to hear her.
The words of her song, they spoke the future,
They cried the past. The events unfold, just like she knew.
Her thoughts coming out into the world around her.
No one took the time,
there was no need for that.
she wrote out what was,
and no one believed in her, They took her for granted.
Because she was a little girl. What could she
possibly know, so new to this world.
