Taken by the Wind (fixed)

TAKEN BY THE WIND

By: Julia Trahan

AS THE WIND BLOWS
SHE MOVES SLOW
TRYING TO FORCING A PATH TO THE LIGHT
THEREFOR SHE CAN DESCEND
INTO THE CLOUDS ABOVE
BUT IT WOULD TAKE SELF LOVE
AND IT WOULD TAKE MORE THAN SHE HAD
WHICH IS SAD
BECAUSE AS THE WIND BLOWS
SHE MOVES SLOW
AND IN THE END
SHE IS TAKEN BY THE WIND
NEVER TO SEE THE BEYOND
FOR IT IS GONE
AND NOW SHE SITS ALONE
WATCHING AS THE WIND BLOWS
HOPING TO SEE THE LIGHT
WHEN SHE ENTERS THE DARK NIGHT
