Terrorism (in Kashmir)

From Frightening dark and frustrated depths
Blood in a sonorous flow
Enters into valleys and planes.
It colours the flowers red
But birds somehow manage to migrate.
The rain will only dilute
The beautiful iridescent colour reckless
Here, Rainbow with no red
Look less intense
Almost washed off
Sailing on blood, my being
The tide is ebbing to meet
The ocean to colour it
My being to be dissolved, to be assimilated.
